If you are sending your image at the right size and shape for your chosen print then there’s no need to read this. It doesn’t apply to you.
Image Scaling
Generally, we will scale your image proportionately to best fit the chosen print size. If you would prefer us not to do this (print at 100% or include certain sized white borders) please state this in the “special instructions” box on the checkout page.
Cropping or Borders
Should your image not proportionately fit your chosen print size (too wide or deep for the paper shape) we will generally crop it to fit. We aim to print borderless wherever possible, however should cropping ruin the composition of your photo or cut off something we see as important then we would print with borders. If you have any specific instructions please use the “special instructions” box on the checkout page. If you leave it to our discretion (no special instructions) we will print what looks best in our opinion.
